“Words can’t adequately express my appreciation for all the time and effort Kim Teaver spent on making sure our Estate Sale was the “bomb.” Not only did she sell the contents of the house wall-to-wall, but one would expect, in the winter, for the house to be a mess afterwards. Not so. She made sure the customers had ‘footies’ and that the entry rugs were protected from the elements.
Kim and her staff are knowledgeable, friendly, professional and are simply the best at what they do. It’s important for a company to possess these attributes but what sets apart Kim’s company from others is her customer service and customer care.
Our home sale was quick and the closing felt even faster. We had to travel from AZ to MN to prepare for the sale and I was nervous; would anyone attend the sale so close to Christmas, could Kim put together a sale on such short notice; would she follow through on her promises. Not to worry, Kim was on the job then entire time. She has the means to market her sales, has a great ‘bedside’ manner (she took excellent care of this nervous Nelly), is an encourager, keeps the client informed, is reliable, ethical, responsible and frankly she’s just a fun person to be around.
Would we use Kim’s services again? In a heartbeat. Would I refer people to her? You bet. She is a professional’s professional.”

"Kim Teaver and Company are simply the best. We had a complex move to an apartment while also moving 2 adult children, figuring out what family heirlooms to move to their new apartments, what pieces to keep for our apartment and what to sell.
Kim’s initial consultation was so great. She is sensitive to your love of your family heirlooms knowing they are part of your cherished memories no matter what the market value. She accurately prices everything, including the valuables so you get the best price possible. She is honest and knowledgeable about the market. She keeps up with trends in antiques and styles of today’s buyers and dealers.
She makes sure that everyone takes off shoes and wears foot protection during the sale so there is no damage to floors. Her staff sets up the sale to protect your home, valuables and security.
The sale was arranged in such a charming way that our home looked like a boutique. Everything was set out in each room beautifully with such care and style that complemented our 95 year old south Minneapolis home. The photos on the website were really good and showed off the items very nicely. If you would like her to do it, she arranges donation for items that don’t sell and you will get a statement to obtain your tax deduction. She will even get a dumpster for you to throw away what you want to be rid of.
Everything is taken care of to help you move with the least worry and hassle. Her staff are all nice and respectful. We highly recommend Kim Teaver and Company"
