Prior to the sale ~
We’ll assist you with the daunting task of sorting through items that are no longer needed or wanted.
All items will be cleaned, organized and professionally displayed.
Diligent research, inspection & evaluation of each item in the estate will be conducted to ensure that your profits are maximized.
Care will be taken in the application of professional tags protecting your items and clearly identifying the price.
We’ll professionally market your sale with social media listings, neighborhood announcements, online advertising as well as pictures, maps and information on our website.
During a walk through prior to the sale, we’ll discuss specific items and answer all of your last minute questions.
During the sale ~
Highly visible signage strategically placed will guide shoppers to your sale.
We’ll manage the number of guests permitted to enter and monitor sales traffic ensuring a safe and secure environment.
Our staff will assist shoppers in selecting items, writing sales slips and answering questions.
Our check out personnel will tally slips, process payments and provide guests with bags and wrapping material.
After the sale ~
Your home will be tidied and cleaned.
All sales material removed and we’ll offer advice and resources on other issues related to the disposition of your remaining household items.
All paperwork will be presented detailing the transactions, commission and profit.
